An event with representatives of the Moscow and foreign tourism industries in which participants have access to online conversations (B2B meetings), as well as demonstrate new opportunities of the Russian capital for generating deferred demand for tourists from other countries and regions

Participation format No. 1: Participant in B2B negotiations
  • a personal account on the platform with the ability to post information/material about the representation and to schedule online negotiations

Participation format No. 2: Virtual showcase participant
  • function of posting information/material about its representation on the platform, which is available for viewing by registered foreign participants as part of the event

Offline roadshow

An international business event for the overseas travel industry of priority countries held in offline format and consisting of two parts:

Presentation part
  • Presentation and promotion of Moscow’s tourism potential, as well as products and services of the Moscow tourism industry ;
B2B communication
  • expanding B2B communication with the foreign travel industry to increase loyalty to the destination, intensify sales of travel packages to Moscow, build long-term cooperation between representatives of the Moscow travel industry and foreign partners, and take business activity to a new level in the B2B format

Congress and exhibition events

Promoting Moscow’s tourism and business potential at international travel fairs held abroad in offline and online formats. Organisation of a unified business, presentation, and communication platform for the city of Moscow in the exhibition area for building long-term relationships with representatives of the international travel industry.

Participation format No. 1
  • in person as a co-exhibitor at the Moscow stand with a free work space at the Moscow stand, including a table, chairs, and wireless internet connection, as well as an exhibitor badge and information in the official exhibitor catalogue

Participation format No. 2
  • in absentia in the virtual catalogue of the Moscow travel industry, which will be displayed in a touch stand kiosk on the days of the exhibition, with the possibility of placing information and materials about the company
